Music and Summer Exercise

Music and Summer Activity

Music adds a positive element to exercise. Summer is quickly approaching with additional daylight and opportunities to be outdoors. You’ve heard me say many times that if you’re having fun, it won’t feel like exercise. What if there is a place to go on an evening walk and then enjoy a local band? You’re in luck since there are many in St. Louis and surrounding areas.  It might be in your own backyard.
