Since 1985, FSC has served the St. Louis community with fresh food and a proud spirit. Founder Dave Phillips strongly believed in the people behind the plates and created a culture built on treating everyone with respect and sincerity.
As we earned a name for ourselves, we wanted to find new ways to share our culinary talents with the community. Events by FSC was a natural fit. Now as St. Louis’ premier caterer, we help everyone plan the event of their dreams. And of course, we’re serving up plenty of delicious food along the way.
Our team is made up of over 300 chefs, cooks, planners and coordinators. It’s an honor for us to serve so many local institutions and we don’t take that responsibility lightly. Many of our employees build long, fulfilling careers at FSC because they believe in the value of our work: keeping our communities happy and nourished.
