Nutrition Education

Understanding what you are eating is just as important as enjoying it. Our dietitian will work directly with you to develop nutrition education pieces that will resonate with your school, corporation or community.

Food Allergy Management

No two people are the same, just like their allergies. Whether a student has a severe airborne allergy or your entire community seeks to create an allergy-free nutrition plan, our dietitian will help you craft an action plan to accommodate the nutrition needs of your community.

Sports Nutrition

An active lifestyle begins with a balanced diet and a consistent exercise routine. Athletes of all ages need to fuel their bodies to prepare and recover after their game is won. Our sports nutrition services give athletes the educational resources they need to help them fuel their bodies for success on and off the field.

1:1 Nutrition Counseling

Your goals are within reach. At FSC, we are here to help form healthy habits through individualized 1:1 nutrition counseling services. Our dietitian is here to be a resource for you, your students, residents or entire business team in all areas of nutrition services.

Lisa M. Baragiola RDN, LD Dietitian

Lisa Baragiola is the dietitian for Food Service Consultants (FSC), Inc. Lisa has extensive experience in
healthcare, schools, community nutrition, and food safety with a BA in Communications from
Lindenwood University and a BS in Dietetics from Fontbonne University. Lisa believes in education and
the right tools so food can be enjoyed as part of a healthy lifestyle. She’s passionate about being a
supportive resource and member of the FSC team.

Focused on Food Safety

Our first priority in nutrition services is providing our clients with safe, high-quality food options. Our team is ServSafe® certified and accredited by the National Restaurant association and our on-site dietitian is a registered ServSafe® instructor.

With our commitment to providing safe and healthy foods, we ensure all of our foods are purchased from approved vendors, conduct monthly safety inspections on each account and provide ongoing training to our managers in food safety, sanitation and food allergy awareness.
